Lunch Time Birthday Policy
Rhodes School for the Performing Arts has an open-door policy regarding birthday parties and we welcome the opportunity to help you celebrate our students’ special day. Due to federal guidelines, parents may only bring dessert. Due to state health guidelines and liability issues associated with outside food being served to students, parents of other students in the class must give permission for their children to participate.

To avoid disruption to the instructional program, Birthday celebrations are scheduled with the students’ homeroom teacher.

At least 10 days prior to the date of the party, prepare an invitation that includes an RSVP for EACH child in the classroom. The RSVP will serve as permission to participate in the celebration and enjoy any refreshments the parents bring in.
